Disappointing Croissant Experience
I thought I'd found a place to grab coffee and croissant before work. Initially, it was good for a bit, and the croissants were small but decent. However, the croissant I received today was hands down the worst I've ever had, and I even eat Costco croissants. I will be looking for a better purveyor of baked goods.

Satisfying Breakfast Bagel at Le Regency Deli
We stopped at Le Regency Deli for a breakfast sandwich while running errands. Upon entering, we were greeted by two staff members. The grill man took our order for a ham and egg on a bagel. While waiting, I observed the long, narrow space, with the counter and food display on the left and refrigerators with drinks on the right. The dining area, seating about 15 tables, and the restroom were at the end. This spot used to be bustling with the Financial District crowd before COVID, often with a line out the door and even outdoor seating. Today, however, it was quieter with only a few patrons. Our breakfast bagel was prepared and served in a compostable box. It was generously layered with ham and topped with an egg. We shared it back at the office, and both agreed it was delicious, giving it a thumbs-up. Le Regency Deli also offers sandwiches, wraps, burritos, and salads, perfect for a quick lunch. We were satisfied with the sandwich and plan to return to try their other appealing options.

Best Sandwich Craftsmanship in Town!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the best sandwich in town, made with fresh breads and ingredients. They offer a wide variety of toppings, and I highly recommend trying the tuna or the spicy chicken – both were excellent. The sandwich craftsmanship was truly professional, and the service and atmosphere were top-notch, both rated a 5 out of 5. It's a great spot for lunch, with prices ranging from $10–20 per person.

Unsatisfactory Deli Experience
During my visit, I encountered a few issues. Firstly, the bill was not itemized, requiring me to manually calculate each item to ensure accuracy. Secondly, there was a fly hovering around our table, which was unpleasant. I also observed the man prepping sandwiches not wearing gloves, using his bare hands to handle ingredients like bacon and vegetables for an omelet. While another staff member later used gloves, the initial experience was uncomfortable. Consequently, I don't think I'll go out of my way to visit this deli again.
