Exceptional Cocktails and Unique Japanese Bites
My experience at this restaurant was outstanding, hands down. The cocktails are the best I've had in SF and definitely among the best in America. I loved the beautifully curated menu and what it had to offer. The menu is heavily influenced by Japanese ingredients, offering a very unique selection. The cocktails were extremely well-balanced in terms of flavors, aroma, and umami. A sip of 'The friend of a friend of a friend' was akin to eating a bag of toasted chips, with its long, lingering smoked aroma – it was insanely good. I will definitely go back for the Japanese bites or even the Kaisei don.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, centered around the cocktails which were absolutely delicious! The menu offers a fantastic array of creative drinks, making me excited to try more on my next visit. While the lighting over the bar was a bit too bright, the space itself was gorgeous.
