Delicious Food, Great Service, No Wait!
My experience at Changs was excellent. I was impressed that I could walk right in, unlike the long lines at San Tung's across the street. The service was personable and the restaurant was not at all crowded. I enjoyed several dishes, including the Moo shoo, halibut salt and pepper, Mongolian beef, green beans with minced pork, and a noodle dish, all of which were tasty and delicious. I will definitely come back.

Excellent Food, Friendly Service
My experience at this restaurant has been excellent on both visits in the last few months. The service was great, with friendly servers. The food was tasty and fresh, made with all fresh ingredients. The portions are large. The atmosphere was clean, but it doesn't have an upscale feel; you go there for the food, not the aesthetics. Best of all, there was no wait to get in on either visit. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. They also seem to do a brisk takeout business.

Excellent Food, Take-Out Recommended
My experience at this restaurant was primarily focused on the food, which I found to be excellent. The dry fried chicken wings were a standout, comparable to San Tung. The service was friendly. However, the ambience wasn’t great, leading me to strongly recommend take-out over dining in.

Unexpected Gem: Delicious Food, Great Service!
While on vacation and exploring the SF Botanical Garden, we looked for food nearby and initially considered San Tung, which had a long wait. We decided to try Chang's Kitchen directly across the street after seeing their delicious-looking food in the window. From the moment we entered, the staff was kind, attentive, communicative, and welcoming. The food arrived in a very timely manner, and every dish exceeded our expectations. Our favorites were the Wings, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Orange Chicken. The portions were very generous, leaving us with plenty of leftovers. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordability, with our total coming to $117. Xx, much less than our predicted $150. Xx. We found paid street parking, though it seemed to be the norm for all businesses on that street. Our only minor complaint was the impatience and demanding behavior of some food delivery people, which detracted slightly from the dining experience, though this was not the restaurant's fault. Overall, we are so glad we discovered this hidden gem; it's a true champion.
