Delicious Black Sesame, Okay Other Dumplings
My experience at the restaurant involved trying a variety of dumplings. We ordered the pork soup dumplings, pan-fried dumplings served on a unique stand, and black sesame dumplings. The soup dumplings were acceptable but unremarkable, and the accompanying sauces were basic.
I was surprised to find that the pan-fried dumplings also contained soup. They were larger and had a doughier texture, making them more difficult to eat, certainly not a one-bite item. While the filling was fine, the dough was too thick for my preference.
