Frustrating Staff Communication Issues
My experience at this restaurant was marked by a significant lack of awareness and communication among the teenage staff. Although the food and drinks were made fine, the service was incredibly frustrating. I was the only customer, with three staff members present. The kitchen staff prepared my drink and left it on the counter without informing the front staff. Consequently, I watched my fully prepared drink sitting just out of reach. After several minutes of waiting and staring at my drink, the front staff went to the back, completely ignoring the ready order. I had to call out to the staff, who were chatting in the back, to ask them to retrieve my drink. It's certainly not the responsibility of a single customer to coordinate three employees.

Great Food and a Nice Surprise!
My experience at this restaurant was great! I placed a large pickup order, and I was pleasantly surprised when they didn't put ice in my drinks until I arrived. This was a nice touch that I've never experienced at any other boba shop before. The food is also always really good 😋.

Mighty Boba with Friendly Service
My experience at this tiny but mighty boba store was enjoyable! ⭐️ I visited on a hot day and ordered the mung bean latte with agar boba and grass jelly. Unfortunately, by 6: 40 pm, they had run out of regular boba, so I opted for the agar boba, which are translucent, slightly smaller, and harder balls. I believe there's a free size-up offer on Thursdays. The service was friendly, and they offer many interesting drink options, food, and even cool merchandise. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends!
