Overview: Introducting TEAZO

TEAZO offers a generally pleasant experience, particularly for those seeking a well-crafted beverage. Many appreciate the aesthetic and clean environment, often described as having the cutest sitting area.

Their diverse drink menu, alongside popular snacks like popcorn chicken and curly fries, often hits the mark for flavor and sweetness level. However, the experience isn’t without its drawbacks.

Some patrons have noted issues with a messy counter and kitchen, and a few have encountered slow service or uninterested staff. While the perfect price point is a plus, occasional stock issues or long waits for orders can detract from an otherwise enjoyable visit.

What people don't like
  • Slow, Unattentive Service
  • Messy Counter Areas

TEAZO presents a mixed bag, with its strengths in appealing beverages and a pleasant atmosphere often overshadowed by service inconsistencies. With a Recommendation Score of 6.5, it suggests that while many find it worth a visit, setting expectations for potential delays or less attentive staff is wise.

If you prioritize a good drink and a nice spot over swift service, TEAZO could be a suitable choice. However, if efficiency and consistent customer interaction are paramount, you might find the experience less satisfying.

It’s a place to consider for a casual pick-up rather than a full-service dining experience.

Soufflé Pancakes: Hit or Miss
My experience involved trying two different soufflé pancakes. Unfortunately, the strawberry soufflé pancake didn't have any discernible strawberry flavor, tasting like nothing at all. The pancakes themselves had a strong egg flavor. The crème brûlée soufflé pancake was better in terms of taste, but the caramelization was limited to a tiny spot, which was the most flavorful part. My advice for improvement would be to caramelize more of the top for the crème brûlée flavor and to add actual strawberry flavor to the strawberry one.

Reliable Spot with Great Drinks and Snacks
My experience at this restaurant was positive, especially regarding their service and specific menu items. While some items can be a miss, they are quick to replace any issues and offer suggestions, demonstrating excellent customer care. I particularly enjoyed the watermelon freeze with aloe and the strawberry matcha cheezo with boba. The spam musubi and popcorn chicken are also noteworthy. The spot is clean and has been not crowded during my visits, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.

Rude service ruined pancake attempt
I attempted to order soufflé pancakes about 40 minutes before closing, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Not only was I declined, but the immature and rude girl working the front counter shouted at me. This unpleasant service completely overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the food.

Disappointing end to the evening
We arrived more than half an hour before closing, hoping to order the soufflé pancakes. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty informed us that they were no longer making them due to the impending closure. This policy was not displayed anywhere, either online or in the store. The staff member also seemed indifferent and was rather rude.
