Value (3.1 out of 10)

mentioned by 17% of the guests

When it comes to value, there are a few bright spots to consider, though they are quite rare. Some patrons have found joy in their happy hour and affordable small bites, noting that certain items can be quite reasonably priced. Despite these occasional wins, the overall sentiment for value sits at a 3.1 score, indicating a poor experience, with customer satisfaction at a low 11.5%.

However, the overwhelming majority of feedback, with 21 negative comments out of 26 total, points to significant concerns. Many feel the high prices for food and drinks are not justified, often citing sneaky billing practices and deceptive pricing like added taxes or extra charges for condiments. This has left many feeling that the total cost simply isn't worth it.

Burger Never Arrived, Staff Gaslit Me
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered a burger that never arrived. The staff seemed too incompetent to place a basic order. I waited for an hour, and the staff member kept gaslighting me into thinking it would come soon. I eventually had to check my credit card statement to realize they never even charged me. It felt like a place for gold diggers rather than a place to get a burger and a beer.

Great Salsa Dancing and Seafood!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially on Saturday afternoons and evenings when they offer outside salsa dancing. I highly recommend getting the cup of clam chowder and the fish and chips or the fish tacos. The atmosphere was a perfect 5, and the service was also a 5. While parking can be somewhat difficult to find, the live music and loud, yet still conversational, noise level added to the vibrant experience. The food received a solid 4.

My experience at this restaurant was wonderful, especially as a weary traveler looking for a place to meet friends and relax. The delicious food and tasty drinks were a highlight, complemented by great service. We never felt pressured or rushed, and the servers were attentive, ensuring our food arrived hot. Sitting outside on the water on a sunny day added a fantastic vibe. I highly recommend trying the mussels – they were yum!

Great Service, Avoid Ahi Taco
My experience at this restaurant was positive overall, particularly regarding the staff service, which was excellent. I visited during happy hour and enjoyed the nice place with a view. However, I would advise avoiding the Ahi taco as it was not worth it. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.

Good food, but deceptive pricing
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was great, but the portions were on the smaller side. Unfortunately, the restaurant has deceptive pricing. They add a 4% “Healthy SF tax” to the total, which was very disappointing and customer hostile. For this reason, I cannot give a high rating.
