Amazing Gluten-Free Experience!
My experience at this restaurant was truly amazing. I've dined here multiple times when staying at the hotel, and each visit has been exceptional with regards to both service and food. Even on this occasion, where I wasn't staying at the hotel, the birthday dinner was fantastic, just as always. They offer a wide variety of gluten-free options and are very accommodating in modifying other dishes. The chef even provided our table of six with a complimentary, specially made gluten-free cheesecake. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and plan to return. Thank you for the wonderful food and service; finding good gluten-free options and accommodating allergies can be challenging, so I am very grateful.

Tasty Food, Very Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant, located on the 3rd floor and spread out in a lobby setting, was mixed. The atmosphere was nicely decorated for the holidays, and there was plenty of seating and a bar. The food was tasty, with excellent fries. However, the service was verrrry slow. We ordered two drinks at once, and the wait was significant. We were there ahead of a theater show, and the slow service was a concern.

Rude Service, Good Food
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was good, described as tasty and a bit expensive. However, the service was a significant issue. Our waiter, an Asian woman, was very rude when we inquired about menu items. When asked about the JW Burger, she dismissively replied, "ITS JUST A BURGER. " in a disrespectful tone. She seemed to notice our shock and later insisted on a 25% tip despite her bitter attitude. I was unwilling to tip generously, offering only $5 for the minimal effort. She did attempt to improve her service towards the end. The atmosphere was rated as average.
