Frustrating Online Ordering Experience
I absolutely loooove Lou’s…. This review is for the online ordering experience. I was under the impression I was ordering directly from the cafe from its Google business page, but it actually redirects you to Caviar. I don’t have a Caviar account, but thought I was still ordering because it deceptively lets you place an order and sends you a confirmation. Then, after waiting, I came to find out the restaurant does not have my order. Luckily, I was not charged, but what really sucks is I had only a 30-minute time window for lunch and spent the entire time trying to track down my order. I’m upset because some random company now has my email, name, and Apple Pay information, which I did not consent to. PLEASE fix this! I’d rather order directly from your restaurant instead of dealing with a third party! I was going to walk there to pick it up, so it shouldn’t be this complicated. Now I don’t have my lunch, and your business lost money!

Good Sub, Fair Prices
I grabbed a "Space Balls" for lunch and found it to be pretty good. It seems to be a popular choice among the workers in the area. The sub held up well, and the prices were fair. Overall, a solid lunch option.

Beautiful Sandwich, Bold Sauce!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I had the Risky Bizness sandwich, and it was truly beautiful, especially considering the good price. As a self-proclaimed sandwich and deli enthusiast, I absolutely loved this spot. The presence of a special sauce was a good sign, and I was pleasantly surprised by its tanginess, which might have been the crab salad. It's a bold and commendable move to offer such a unique sauce in a world dominated by recycled aiolis. I also hope they never change their bread. The food was a perfect 5/5, and the service was also rated highly at 5/5. The atmosphere was enjoyable at a 4/5, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.

Best Sandwiches in SF!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, despite the limited indoor seating. The sandwiches are truly the best in San Francisco, and I've loved everything I've tried, including their soup. I particularly enjoyed the Italian special and the tuna melt; both were excellent. They were easy to eat, with ingredients that stayed put, and the bread was perfectly toasty and crisp without being hard. So good!
