Good Dim Sum with Great Service
I've visited this restaurant a few times for dim sum and generally had a good experience. The restaurant is of decent size and pretty clean, offering both booths for smaller parties and large round tables for bigger groups. The customer service is excellent, and the prices are good. Finding street parking is fairly easy. The food is pretty good in general, with highlights including noodle rolls, taro puff, fried sugar egg puffs, glutinous rice dumplings, and shumai. I would recommend going early on weekends as it can get crowded.

Excellent Dim Sum Experience
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The dim sum was excellent, served fresh and piping hot. We ordered by checking off our favorites on the menu sheet, and the food arrived quickly. The service was great. Despite the restaurant being full, which is always a good sign, our wait was only about 10 minutes. I will definitely be back when I have a craving for great dim sum.

Mixed Dim Sum and Dinner Experience
I visited this restaurant for both dim sum lunch on a Friday at 11: 30 am and dinner on a Sunday at 6 pm. I found the dim sum experience to be more enjoyable than dinner. The service was generally polite and prompt with requests like iced water, hot sauce, and the check, which was better compared to other Chinese restaurants. However, it was difficult to get staff attention when the restaurant was full. For dinner, there were no menus on the tables initially, and I had to ask the cashier for one. The restaurant mostly has larger tables, and our party of 5 was seated in an inner left corner, which felt stuffy and hot. Regarding the dim sum, the pork liver was a standout dish, being soft and delicious. The beef rice roll's skin was a bit too thick, though the beef ball was soft and mild. The fried pumpkin with salted egg was just okay; I didn't care for the batter or the salted egg flavor, but the pumpkin itself was soft. The chicken feet were sweet. The mixed beef organ was another average dish, not tender enough for those with difficulty chewing. The fried pork dumpling lacked filling. My dad enjoyed the black sesame dumpling and the pork dumpling, though I didn't try them. Condiments weren't on the tables, but hot sauce was promptly provided upon request. During dinner, many dishes were either too sweet or too salty. The crab meat with fish maw soup had very little crab meat and tasted predominantly of salt, lacking flavor. The fried squab was the best dish of the dinner, being tender and very tasty. The beef cube with mushrooms was too salty. The steamed chicken with ginger green onion sauce was tender and tasty but slightly over-salted. Big pea sprouts were okay, a bit tough, possibly out of season. The combination seafood clay pot was overly salty with a sweet undertone. Walnut shrimp lacked mayo and was too sweet, although the shrimp itself was cooked well. The giant clam was tender but bland. We received a complimentary green bean soup for dessert. While I didn't try it, my family mentioned it wasn't too sweet, which is preferred for Asian desserts. An automatic 18% tip was added for parties of 6, but since we were a party of 5, we added the tip ourselves. Plates were changed mid-meal, but only for two of our table's plates. Parking options included metered and residential. Residential parking was easier for me. The restaurant space is fairly large, but the table arrangement felt a bit tight. It was noisy, and a particularly loud and obnoxious individual at a nearby table made the meal unpleasant. Overall, the dim sum was better than the dinner. Service was good but could be improved when busy. The food quality was inconsistent, with some standout dishes and others falling short due to seasoning or texture issues. The atmosphere was impacted by noise and seating arrangements.

Good Dim Sum, Some Buns Too Bready
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, with most of the dim sum being pretty good. However, the xiao long bao was an exception, which is understandable as it's not a Cantonese dish. I found there was a little too much breading on the buns and too much rice roll in the chang fun dishes. Despite these minor points, it's worth checking out.
