Delving into specifics, the Ambience (5.4) receives the highest marks, often described as cozy and convenient, especially for hotel guests. Service (4.8) also lands in the average category, with many highlighting exceptional individual staff members despite some reports of inattentiveness.

The Food (4.4) is similarly average, with some dishes praised while others fall short. The most significant area for improvement is clearly Value (2.4), which consistently receives poor feedback due to perceived high prices for the quality and quantity provided.

What people don't like
  • Poor value for money

If convenience and a potentially good interaction with staff are priorities, and you’re not overly concerned with strict value for money, it might be worth a visit. Otherwise, you might find better options elsewhere.

Value (2.4 out of 10)

mentioned by 39% of the guests

When it comes to value, there's a tiny glimmer of hope, with one customer noting that the prices were fair for a hotel restaurant. However, this positive sentiment is heavily outweighed by the overall experience. With a score of just 2.4, value is clearly a major concern here.

Unfortunately, the overwhelming sentiment from 16 out of 17 customer remarks points to significant issues. Many felt the price was too high, describing it as pricey for what you get and even exorbitant pricing. Customer satisfaction sits at a low 5.9, indicating that most guests found the overall value to be quite poor.

Nice Location, Good Food and Service
My experience was very nice. The restaurant is conveniently located within the Hilton Hotel in the Financial District, offering easy access to the surrounding entertainment areas. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch, both receiving a perfect score. The atmosphere was also highly rated. While reservations are not required and there was no wait time, parking was available in a paid lot with plenty of spaces. For vegetarians, it's somewhat recommended, though the specific offerings were not clear.

Cozy Ambiance, Disappointing Food and Service
The ambiance was cozy and chill and relaxed. However, the food price, quality of the food for the price, and service were really lacking and pretty disappointing. We were staying at the hotel and decided to have a quick bite, but we should have walked across the street to Chinatown. We had the breakfast plate, which was just decent, nothing to write home about. It was a bummer because they charged quite a bit for it. Once is enough for us.

Good Burger, Bad Service
I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating, but it's likely due to the service. However, I will say the burger was good. I don't understand reviews comparing it to Burger King; it's just a burger. Their dessert was fire 🔥.

Great Food and Drinks!
My experience at the restaurant was great! I loved my lychee martini 🍸. I used our $36/night Diamond member food credit. I ordered the turkey club, garlic Parmesan wings, and the apple tart dessert, though these were on different nights. Everything we had was great.
