If youre looking for generally tasty Chinese food with generous portions and a wide selection, this place is worth a try. Just be aware that some specific dishes, like certain soups or chicken items, might not impress everyone, and freshness has been a point of contention for a few. Its a mixed bag, but leans positive for overall value.

Overall, the service here seems to be a bit of a gamble. While many enjoy quick and pleasant interactions, be prepared for potential frustrations if you need to call in, as phone handling can be a real pain point. If you're dining in or getting a straightforward delivery, you might be pleasantly surprised, but complex orders or issues could lead to a less-than-stellar experience.

No complaints so far.

Value (7 out of 10)

mentioned by 40% of the guests

When it comes to value, this spot really delivers! Many folks (3 out of 4 comments, actually) rave about the inexpensive price , noting that the food is not only affordable but also delicious and comes in very large portions. With a good score of 7 and customer satisfaction at a good 75%, it seems like youre getting a lot for your money here.

However, its not all sunshine and rainbows. There was one instance (out of 4 total remarks) where a customer experienced a duplicate charge on their credit card, which understandably left a sour taste. While the food itself was still praised, this billing issue was significant enough for them to consider not ordering again.

It's a small but important detail to keep in mind.

East Coast Chinese Food Superiority
My experience ordering takeout from this restaurant was eye-opening. I ordered the hot n sour soup, chicken wings, curry chicken n shrimp rice, and chicken corn chowder soup. As someone from the East Coast, I can confidently say that the West Coast food, including what's served here, doesn't compare. The freshness of the ingredients was noticeably superior on the East Coast, and the chicken here tasted like mystery meat rather than actual chicken. The sweet and sour sauce was overly sweet, lacking the beautiful balance of sour and sweet I'm accustomed to. The difference between the Chinese food I'm used to and what I received here is indescribable. This place deserves a 10-star rating if only to highlight how much better Chinese food is on the East Coast.

Great Value, Delicious Food, Excellent Service
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. The food was both inexpensive and delicious. The service was notably quick and the staff were very nice. Furthermore, there was a lot of seating available, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere, and the selection of items on the menu was very large.

Disappointing Delivery Experience
I placed an order at 6 PM. When I called at 7: 35 PM to check on the order, I was asked to hold. The phone was put down, and I heard background noise for 7 minutes before being hung up on. I called back and was told the food was ready and would be picked up for delivery soon. Since it wasn't even en route yet, I asked to cancel the order. The woman convinced me it was leaving at that moment and would arrive soon. I stated I would like a refund if it did not arrive by 8 PM. It's TBD when it will get here. We've ordered from them before, and the food is good, but the last time we ordered, they put a duplicate charge on our credit card. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. I can't even find the restaurant on Yelp to leave a review there.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was really tasty, and the price was more than reasonable. I'd say it's probably one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever been to. Additionally, the service was fast, which was a definite plus.
