Culinary Disaster with Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was one of utter disappointment. Despite the dish artist renderings, what arrived was a bowl of slop with no resemblance to the images. The food was an utter culinary disaster. We visited during lunch to an empty restaurant, and it took the sole attendant nearly 10 minutes to take our order. The food, which took just over 10 minutes to prepare, was a major issue. The Pork Belly Curry Rice Bowl was essentially hot rice flooded with room temperature sauce, topped with an overcooked, yet cold, egg. The Tofu Sssm-Jang Rice Bowl was similarly disappointing. Both dishes suffered from a major heat issue; the eggs were under room temperature, likely prepared first and left out. The silken tofu was served cold, straight from the refrigerator, preventing it from absorbing any flavor. Toppings like crispy fried onions and cold kimchi were also straight from the fridge, described as 'plops of toppings on slop'. We noticed a lack of garnish, such as pepper, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Shockingly, the Pork Belly bowl didn't actually contain any pork belly, as the server apparently forgot to add the key ingredient. My recommendation is to save your money or spend it elsewhere. This place severely lacks quality control and pride. While the location is convenient and the restaurant seemed clean, the music selection was odd, contributing to a mixed atmosphere. The service received a 1/5, and the food a 1/5.

Best Quick Lunch Spot in SF!
I don't usually write reviews, but this is one of the best quick lunch spots I've found in SF! I came with my co-worker, and we ordered the pork belly rice curry and the avocado with cod roe mayo rice bowl. Both dishes arrived in just 2-3 minutes, and the total cost was less than $15 per person, which is incredibly hard to find in SF. The portions were generous, and everything tasted great! I will definitely be coming back soon.

Quick Meal, Lacking Flavor
My experience at this restaurant was centered around speed. The food was made extremely quickly, but unfortunately, this came at the cost of taste. The pork belly had no flavor, and the beef was just alright. On the positive side, the service was friendly. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a quick meal.

Disappointing Large Group Order Experience
I made a large group order of 16 people today and was very disappointed. We ordered 6 kimchi-addons, which were all missing from our order. Additionally, the 4 Pork Belly Curry Rice Bowls each only contained 1-2 pieces of pork belly, and one bowl even had a small egg shell. I attempted to call the store to request a refund for the missing kimchi, but I only received an automated message stating that "the store is not accepting calls, " despite it being within operating hours. It appears the restaurant struggles to properly handle a large volume of orders simultaneously.
