It appears the waitress added an extra $10 for herself, making the total tip $12 instead of the $2 I intended. I tried to contact the company multiple times, but the calls were immediately disconnected. There's no email address or corporate number listed on their website. While the amount is only $10, the fact that she added it herself is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using your card here, as you may have to dispute the charges like I am.
