Value (4 out of 10)

mentioned by 20% of the guests

While the overall score for value sits at an average 4, and customer satisfaction is a rather poor 25%, its worth noting a bright spot. Based on 1 positive comment, guests found the retail component to be fairly priced, offering a glimmer of good value amidst other concerns. However, the value proposition takes a hit with several concerns.

With 3 negative remarks, issues like an expensive overall experience, a hefty corkage fee for grocery wines, and even a feeling that payment seemed off, really dragged down the overall perception of value. Theres definitely room for improvement here.

Rude Staff and Sketchy Payment
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The main staff member was exceptionally rude. She loudly questioned my ability to use the record player in front of everyone, simply because I was trying to figure out the sound system. Furthermore, there seemed to be an issue with the payment process. Our credit card was charged $14 for bubbles, and then we were given cash back. This felt suspicious and potentially fraudulent.

Overpriced and Underwhelming Experience
My experience at this restaurant was one of overpriced morsels. While the concept was lovely, it ultimately missed the mark. The menu was small with limited options, which was disappointing. The service was also a letdown; staff were anxious to remove plates, and we were even told to get our own water. The absence of a drink menu with prices made for a strange experience.
