My experience at this coffee shop was incredibly disappointing due to the condescending service I received. Despite there being three workers, no one acknowledged me when I approached the counter. They were engrossed in their own conversation, showing no regard for customers. After finally placing my order, I waited for 10 minutes while others who arrived later received their coffee. When I inquired about my order, they didn't even know what I had ordered. For the shop to survive, the owner needs to hire staff who genuinely care about customers. It felt like they were doing me a favor by making my coffee. The coffee itself was nothing to write home about, and with several great coffee shops in Orlando, there's no reason to endure bad customer service for mediocre coffee.

My experience at the restaurant was generally positive. The vibes were good, and the flavors were good. However, the coffee was grainy and had a sediment in it. I ordered the mint, lavender, and honey latte, iced with oat milk.

My experience at the restaurant was great! As I walked in, the "Let It Happen" by Tame Impala was playing, which immediately set a cool mood. The cashier was super cool and helped me find some good drinks. The total for all three came to $20, which was a win. The environment felt very chill, and the service was incredibly fast. I had zero complaints.

My wife and I visited Lobo’s Coffee in Winter Park for the first time, hoping to try their coffee. Unfortunately, our experience was unexpectedly terrible. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt off, and the employee at the counter was noticeably rude. When we asked for a made-to-brew coffee, we were abruptly snapped at and told to “pick a flavor, ” with a tone and attitude that were completely unprofessional. No customer should be spoken to that way. This level of service reflects very poorly on the management. The interaction made us uncomfortable, and we chose to walk out rather than spend our money. This was our first and definitely our last visit. Businesses succeed because of their people, and based on this experience, the wrong people are representing this brand.

My first time here, I was asking about the difference between the French press and regular brew. The girl taking our order literally yelled at me. I am in disbelief; in all my years, I have never encountered such a rude person. I will never return, and I’ll make sure no one I know does either. I am reporting this business.

My experience at this coffee shop in Orlando was fantastic. It's one of my favorite spots. The coffee choices and quality were amazing. The food was prepared so thoughtfully, and the space was comfortable. I highly recommend it!

We really enjoy Lobos. Their coffee and atmosphere make it a great place to stop in on a Sunday morning. The only "con" we have is that since the new management, no effort is put into getting food/drinks to people sitting outside. Previously, they would call your name inside and then also outside so people would know when their items are ready. It may seem like a minor thing, but the little effort means a great deal to those who choose to sit outside.

My experience at this restaurant was lovely. I enjoyed the amazing snacks and flavorful drinks. The barista was so nice, even asking if I wanted a pup cup for my fur babies. It was a truly lovely experience! ♥️🐶

It's clear he takes immense pride in both his coffee shop and in delivering quality customer service. I was extremely impressed!
