Overpriced basic meal
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the pricing. I ordered the lechon, which came with only plain rice and no sides or vegetables. For $20, I felt this was way too much for such a basic plate.
It felt like they were overcharging for what you get.

Good Pork Skewers, Interesting Curries
My experience at the restaurant was centered around trying some of their dishes. The pork skewers were really good, although I found the portion size of 5 to be too much; 3 would have been sufficient. I'm keen to try one of the rice dishes next time.
I noticed a bone-in red chicken curry that resembled an Indian curry, and the brown beef cube curry also looked appealing.

Hidden Gem with Authentic Flavors!
What an experience! This place is an unassuming, low-key, hole in the wall that I'm so glad I discovered. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious and high authentic.
I highly recommend trying the Pork Lumpia.

Great food, late delivery
My experience with the food was great and delicious. I had the food delivered to my place. Everything was great except for the delivery person was half an hour late.
I don’t feel it should be mandatory to automatically give 20% tips if I’m not sure if my delivery person is coming on time. Doordash tend to make other stops.

Terrific Crispy Fried Food!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, especially the deep fried items. I absolutely loved the crispy crunchy layers so much that I wanted more! The food quality was a perfect 5 out of 5, and the service was also excellent at a 5 out of 5.
The atmosphere was a bit less impressive at a 3 out of 5, but the food made up for it.

Delicious Filipino Comfort Food
This place was conveniently located just a block away from our hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Although it's a small establishment, it can seat about 20 people.
It was quite busy, especially around brunch, with many customers coming in to dine or for takeout. The food was absolutely delicious – it was true comfort food that brought back memories of home. The portions were generous and offered great value for the price.
I highly recommend stopping by if you're seeking some good Filipino breakfast food.

Outstanding Shanghai Lumpia After 10 Years
I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, visiting whenever I get the chance. The food here is consistently tasty and authentic. Recently, I tried their Shanghai Lumpia for the first time and was blown away.
I've sampled Shanghai Lumpia all over the Bay Area and found them lacking until now. The ones from Kusina Ni Tess were outstanding, prompting me to finally write this review after all these years. The food quality is a perfect 5, and the service is equally impressive at a 5.
The atmosphere is rated a 3.
