I absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant! It offered very authentic Shanghai food. We tried the Shanghai Braised Wheat Gluten as a cold dish. It was difficult to decide between the Xiaolongbao and Shengjian Bao, as both were exceptional. The sizzling eggplant was also incredible. I would definitely go back!

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, especially the food. I had the house specialty Shenjiang dumplings, which were the best dumplings ever! They were perfectly prepared, containing some soup, a delicious soft bun, fried crispy on the bottom, and a super tasty, meaty center. The food received a perfect score of 5. Service and atmosphere were also excellent, both rated 5 out of 5. There was no wait time, and the noise level was moderate. The price per person was between $10–20.

My family and I, including our baby, had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing us with a larger table. They also do a great job cleaning and preparing tables after guests leave. The food is amazing; my favorites were the pan fried buns and the chili wontons. I appreciated that the dishes came out one by one, ensuring everyone enjoyed hot food throughout the meal.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The pan-fried pork buns were the absolute star, described as so authentic with a perfect texture mix and delicious filling. Beyond the buns, the other dishes on the menu were equally excellent, including the pork (and shrimp!) xiaolongbao, barbecued spare ribs, and rice cakes. The owners were incredibly kind, even providing us with sesame balls for dessert. They were really nice people, offering the best tips on how to eat the food and expressing genuine gratitude for our visit. I'm already planning to return many times!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was definitely worth a 5-star rating! I really loved the pan-fried pork buns here: so juicy, flavorful, and authentic! In fact, they were as good as the ones I had in Shanghai! The fried noodles and the tea they served were also perfect! The lady who served us frequently checked whether if the tea should be refilled. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try authentic Chinese/Shanghaiese food!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The dumplings were delicious, and the service was excellent. Everything arrived quickly, and it was all yummy! The interior is also very cute, and the pricing was good too.

This place is a true neighborhood gem and one of the very best dumpling spots in SF. We've been here a bunch, and the food is always great, and the service is friendly. We especially love the spicy pork soup, the string beans, the spicy wontons, the pancake, and of course, the bao.

My experience at this restaurant was surprisingly good, especially considering it wasn't packed. I had the best xiao long bao I’ve ever had. It came out quick, and we were surprised the place wasn’t busy. It was too good to even take a picture of all six dumplings!
