Q. Can I freeze a pre-made light Alfredo pasta sauce once it's been opened?A. We went to the horses' mouth on this one, and the folks at Ragu say you can freeze their tomato-based sauces for up to two months. The cheese sauces, however, should not be frozen. Something about ingredients separating, cheese clumping, that sort of thing. Same old, same old....
